Content Guru, Europe’s leading cloud contact center and customer experience (CX) technology provider, has announced its attendance at multiple CX industry events across the UK and Germany across May and June. The Q2 events follow a busy Q1 events schedule in the region that saw Content Guru attended multiple tradeshows including CCW Berlin and The BAPCO Annual Conference in the UK.
In the coming quarter, the Content Guru team will be attending events across Europe to speak with customers, partners and stakeholders looking to improve customer and citizen experiences. In early May, it will be in attendance at the influential financial services event, Building Societies Annual (BSA) Conference 2023. The team will also be exhibiting at a further financial services event the following month at Customer Experience in Financial Services 2023 in London. Additionally, Content Guru will be exhibiting at key public sector events during Q2 and will be hosting various engagements at the Digital Government event in May before heading to the Local Gov Partnership Network event in Manchester in late June.
Elsewhere in Europe, Content Guru will be in attendance at the CCV-Regional Meeting in Stuttgart at the start of May before heading to Munich for the NTT Data Sales Forum in Munich. The event, held at the end of May, will be sponsored by Content Guru and will bring together over 120 attendees from Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
