Content Guru to Attend International Critical Control Rooms Alliance Congress

Content Guru, one of the world’s leading providers of cloud contact centre and customer experience (CX) technology, has announced its attendance at the forthcoming summit of the International Critical Control Rooms Alliance (ICCRA). The ICCRA Congress, held in Brussels, Belgium is the go-to forum for those working in, supporting, and supplying critical control rooms across all sectors.

Under the theme "Doing Digital: Coping with the continual rise of data," the ICCRA Congress 2023 explores the cutting-edge advancements, latest practices, and emerging technologies that are shaping the future of critical control rooms. Martin Taylor, Co-Founder and Deputy CEO of Content Guru will be presenting on the topic of ‘Exploring the Technology within Critical Control Rooms: Harnessing Data and Creating Interoperability’, and discussing the latest developments in mission-critical technology that connects people and systems with maximum efficiency in the new climate of severe resource constraints.

Content Guru is the only cloud Contact Centre-as-a-Service (CCaaS) provider with 112/999 contracts in the UK’s blue-light emergency service sector, where its public contact management services are delivered through the massively resilient storm® Emergency Services Platform (ESP), guaranteeing availability in excess of 99.999%. As well as contracting for critical day-to-day citizen communications, all police forces in Great Britain also use storm as part of the National Casualty Bureau Service run by the UK Government’s Home Office. This service is brought online to act as the initial single point of contact when managing major disasters, mass casualty events, large-scale appeals for public contact or urgent situations such as Child Rescue Alerts.

“Content Guru’s storm platform stands out when high reliability and scalability matter most,” commented Martin Taylor, Co-Founder and Deputy CEO of Content Guru. “We are committed to supporting the vital work of our policing and healthcare bodies, and those who serve on the front line of emergency response. We are looking forward to meeting with a wide range of critical communications stakeholders at the ICCRA Congress and highlighting our dedication and commitment to the emergency services sector.”

As the first in-person event since the pandemic, this year’s congress will provide a rare opportunity for delegates to network, share experiences, and discover more about the latest control room developments. The conference is being held from the 5th to the 7th of December 2023 at Le Louise Hotel, Belgium. The full programme, information and updates are available at www.iccra-congress.com. Registration is now open.
