Content Guru, one of the world’s largest vendors of cloud contact centre and customer experience (CX) technology, and Sheffield City Council, one of Britain’s largest local authorities, have together been shortlisted for the ‘Best Innovation in Customer Service’ category at the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) 2023. Content Guru’s storm® cloud contact centre solution has enabled the Council to expand its omni-channel capabilities, along with offering enhanced scalability and more effective reporting capabilities.
Since the two organisations began rolling out services together in early 2020, the Council has been able to improve its community relations and become a technology leader in the public sector space by utilising storm’s automation capabilities, artificial intelligence, and the ability to create bespoke customer journeys.
Now in its 23rd year, and the longest-running European awards programme in the industry, the ECCCSAs recognise organisations that are at the forefront of delivering innovative, exceptional CX to customers. Finalists are selected through a robust judging process on their ability to demonstrate the impact of their innovative solution on CX, employee experience (EX) and operational effectiveness. The winners of the ECCCSA’s will be revealed at an esteemed awards evening, held in London on the 21st of November 2023.
