Through continuous improvements to the user experience, by actively ensuring all products and services are designed to improve productivity and accessibility for contact center workers, especially those with disabilities, Content Guru provides accessible cloud customer engagement tools for all organizations.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 is the highest internationally recognized standard for web content accessibility, aimed at ensuring web content is accessible for people with disabilities, including for those with auditory, cognitive, physical, and visual impairments or difficulties.

A subset of Content Guru products meet all of the WCAG 2.2 AA design principles and criteria.
