The agreement allows Exchange Communications to deliver Content Guru’s storm® solution to its customers and increases its ability to provide cloud-based contact centre as a service (CCaaS) solutions as part of its portfolio.
The new partnership combines the leading capabilities offered by Content Guru and the market and delivery specialisms provided by Exchange Communications further strengthening Exchange’s position as an industry leader in this area.
