storm® integrates with the Electricity North West Network Management System. Data from this system is brought into the storm suite, to be displayed alongside customer contacts in the DTA® interface, and included in custom reports via storm VIEW. Where the customer reports a fault independently, the agent can open a ticket on their behalf, and record the fault in the system. With proactive messaging through storm SHOUT, this data can be used to power proactive messaging in the event of outages.
