Content Guru’s Customer Data Platform Wins at Computing Cloud Excellence Awards 2022
Content Guru has been awarded Cloud Data Management Solution of the Year at the Computing Cloud Excellence Awards 2022 for its groundbreaking Customer Data Platform.
Leading cloud communications and customer experience provider, Content Guru, has been awarded the Cloud Data Management Solution of the Year accolade at the prestigious Computing Cloud Excellence Awards 2022. The award was made for Content Guru’s Customer Data Platform (CDP), storm® CKS®.
The awards recognize the very best of the UK's cloud industry, from the most innovative and compelling technology products and vendors, through to the top deployments at end-user businesses. Winners were selected on their ability to enable organizations to respond quickly to changing market conditions, while experimenting with new ideas, products and tools.
Content Guru was awarded Cloud Data Management Solution of the Year for its storm CKS solution, which combines the benefits of data aggregation, customer journey mapping, customer relationship management and knowledge management. storm CKS enables organizations to harness their existing data and transform it into actionable insights about their business. CKS is used by large organizations including one of the UK’s top four retail banks, Britain’s National Health Service (NHS), and the UK’s Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA).
Only last year Content Guru was honored to achieve ‘Best Use of Cloud in the Pandemic – Health and Social Care’ at the Computing Cloud Excellence Awards 2021, for its work in support of UK health and care organizations coping with unprecedented pandemic demand, amidst difficult and fast-changing conditions.
The winners were announced at a live event on Thursday 22nd September in Central London.
