Each customer contact should be personalized and automated to free up agents to handle more complex tasks, whilst delivering experiences with a human touch.

storm® integrates with I/CAD (Intergraph’s Computer-Aided Despatch), RAC’s back-end incident management system. Information on the customer and the status of their support request is presented to agents in DTA®, to ensure quick resolutions. This data is also used to power automated Machine Agents. Using Automated Speech Recognition, storm can look up a contact’s Vehicle Registration Number stored in I/CAD. This is used to automate customer contacts, freeing agents to focus only on the most complex contacts.

storm updates customer information in I/CAD automatically, and notifies field engineers of changes via SMS.
