Content Guru has received the highest overall ‘Willingness to Recommend’ rating, with 100% of customers that left a review saying they would recommend its storm® CX platform, in the 2025 Gartner® CCaaS Voice of the Customer Report.

The Gartner Peer Insights reviews platform published 2,270 ratings in the 18-month period ending January 2025 and the data shared formed the subsequent Voice of the Customer Report. In addition to leading the way for customer recommendations, the report also stated Content Guru received the highest rating for product capabilities and sales experience.
