Data from this system is brought into the storm suite, to be displayed alongside customer contacts in the DTA® interface, and included in custom reports via storm VIEW™. Where the customer reports a fault independently, the agent can open a ticket on their behalf, and record the fault in the system. With proactive messaging through storm SHOUT™, this data can be used to power proactive messaging in the event of outages.
