EISEC Integration

When calling up a central control room, emergency service agents can’t afford to spend time repeating location and number details. The Enhanced Information Service for Emergency Calls (EISEC) was introduced to forward key location and contact details automatically and instantly to control rooms, saving valuable time. storm_® integrates with EISEC, allowing location and contact data to be presented to agents within the DTA^_® interface. Agents can see at a glance caller details stored within EISEC, leading to a quicker, more efficient interaction.
