Leading cloud contact center solutions provider, Content Guru, today announced that it has forged a new partnership with communications solutions specialists in the D-A-C-H (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) region, VR-Voice.
VR-Voice is a key reseller of cutting-edge CCaaS (Contact Centre as a Service) and UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) technology in the German-speaking markets, and the partnership is a strategic part of Content Guru’s global expansion plan, which is already well underway. Together, the pair will deliver Content Guru’s award-winning storm® customer engagement solution to mid-market organizations, particularly in the Finance and Manufacturing sectors, enabling them to digitally transform operations.
