With VIEW, report screens can easily be shared between managers, and graphical reports can be exported as image files for dropping into reports and presentations. All data from reports can also be exported as a spreadsheet for archiving, or to feed into third-party systems.

Integration

VIEW is integrated by default with all storm services, and can also be integrated with any existing network infrastructure, database or CRM system, allowing organizations to deliver outstanding customer service based on live information.

Using a storm INTEGRATE™ API (Application Programming Interface), VIEW can work within an existing network infrastructure, allowing users to pull in data from any source, and push out alerts via any channel, ensuring that line managers can be kept up to date with any changes, in the mode most convenient for them.

VIEW can also trigger live updates in storm FLOW™ that can be used to adapt an organization’s service logic in real time. When a certain trigger condition is met, an organization’s workflow can be set to send out automatic alerts and notifications, or to adjust their service intelligently, allowing users to keep track of a changing situation.

Analysis

Using the VIEW Equation Editor, users can perform customized calculations on their data in real time, in order to display the statistics that are most important to their business, as they occur. Whether they concern service levels, performance and trend analysis, hit rates, sales targets, or all of the above, these reports can be displayed in a range of engaging graphical formats that best present the data for ease of consumption.

The VIEW Report Builder interface also allows users to create and edit fully customizable historical reports. Custom queries can be built using the intuitive metrics and dimensions editors, and custom formulas can be created to calculate service levels and trend analyses, allowing users access to the data they need to achieve exceptional customer service standards.
