Content Guru has been shortlisted for ‘Cloud Services Vendor of the Year’, which recognizes cloud services vendors that sell physical or virtual solutions through the Channel; as well as ‘Contact Centre Vendor of the Year’, a category designed for channel-friendly offerings that create genuine value for businesses and customers, branching into new and innovative technology. Content Guru has been shortlisted for its storm® cloud contact center technology solution, which is used by large organizations across the globe to ensure they deliver a best-in-class experience to their customers, seamlessly.
In particular, Content Guru has been recognized for its enhanced channel program, which has expanded throughout 2020 to offer a complete range of route-to-market options for partners both in the UK and globally. These options include referral, reseller, master agency and wholesale distribution channel models.
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, storm’s virtually limitless scalability in the cloud helped NHS 111 London manage a huge increase in call traffic of up to 1400% from patients concerned that they had symptoms of the virus. Alongside this, Content Guru assisted many of its customers, including hotel chain, Jurys Inn, and rail industry membership body, Rail Delivery Network, in moving their contact center agents to a remote working model in just days.
