This category recognizes those companies specializing in providing digital services to large organizations (above 250 employees). Content Guru has been shortlisted for its storm® cloud contact center technology solution, which is used by large organizations across the globe to ensure they deliver a best-in-class experience to their customers, seamlessly.
In particular, Content Guru has been recognized for its work to help large organizations cope with the unpredictable challenges caused by COVID-19. storm enabled NHS 111 London scale to handle an increase in call volumes of up to 500% due to the pandemic, and routed patients with symptoms of COVID-19 to a dedicated group of healthcare advisers. The browser-based nature of storm enabled organizations including hotel chain, Jurys Inn, and railway travel provider, Rail Delivery Group, move employees to homeworking within just days.
The winners of the Computing Digital Technology Leaders Awards will be announced at a special online ceremony on Wednesday 21 October.
