Global leader in large-scale cloud-based contact center technology, Content Guru Inc., will join forces with Japanese electronic commerce company Rakuten, Inc. at Customer Contact Week (CCW) in Las Vegas, N.V., to showcase how intelligent automation is used to deliver superior Customer Engagement and Experience.
CCW, which this year is celebrating its twentieth anniversary, is the foremost conference and expo for CX, contact center and customer care professionals. The conference in Las Vegas takes place between June 24th and 28th 2019 at The Mirage Hotel.
Content Guru will be hosting a workshop and stand at the event, joined by “the Amazon of Japan”, Rakuten. Telling the story of a relationship with Content Guru began at CCW Las Vegas in 2017, Rakuten will highlight how they have successfully used the solution provider’s cloud-based storm® solution to transform customers’ experience when they contact the company and its thousands of merchants.
Content Guru’s workshop on Tuesday June 25th is titled “Next Generation Omni-Channel Contact Center: AI, NLP, Web Chat & Chatbots”, and will be led by Deputy CEO Martin Taylor. At the center of this discussion will be how Content Guru has utilized intelligent automation through storm to enable organizations to provide high-quality customer service.
