Global leader in Customer Engagement and Experience technology, Content Guru, has hosted an exclusive private dining event for contact center leaders: the Cloud Contact Center Forum (CCCF).
The Forum was held on Thursday 14th November 2019 at City Social, a fine dining establishment in Tower 42, London. Guests enjoyed a Michelin-starred menu by Jason Atherton. The event consisted of a roundtable discussion hosted by Sean Taylor, CEO at Content Guru, entitled: ‘Discovering how intelligent automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be implemented responsibly to skyrocket customer engagement and experience’.
The luncheon also included a talk by Rob McCargow, Director of AI at PwC, about the ethics of implementing AI in the contact center, and the processes by which it can be adopted responsibly, and at scale. Rob’s talk also included insights on how to combat AI fearmongering, and win over the hearts and minds of the workforce.
