The dynamic partnership has deployed 30 innovative new services, creating a cutting-edge omni-channel estate within the storm® platform and powering enhanced engagement with the electricity firm’s 18million customers.

Utility Week is the UK’s leading provider of utility news, insight and impact analysis. The Awards recognise the achievements of utilities organisations and those helping to improve services across the industry. The winners will be announced at a ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel on 9th December 2019.
