Voor het derde jaar op rij heeft Content Guru de hoogste score behaald, met 3,65 van de 5, voor de toepassing rondom piekbelasting volgens Gartner’s 2020 Critical Capabilities for Contact Center as a Service-rapport. Het rapport richt zich op de CX-doelstellingen van veel klanten, en het vervangen van hun oude contactcenter platform. De primaire focus van de analyse ligt op het kunnen schalen en de operationele effectiviteit van een contactcenter platform. Content Guru kreeg ook de op twee na hoogste beoordeling in ‘Agile Contact Center’ in West-Europa.

Daarnaast is Content Guru gepositioneerd in het Challenger Quadrant in het Magic Quadrant 2020 voor Contact Center as a Service-rapport van Gartner.
