Content Guru heeft in het rapport ‘2018 Critical Capabilities for Contact Center as a Service’ van de analistenfirma Gartner de hoogste score voor praktische toepassing gekregen met een score van 3,5 op 5 voor de toepassing rondom piekbelasting. Content Guru had ook de op een na hoogste score in ‘Customer Engagement Center’, ‘Agile Contact Center’ en ‘West-Europa’.

Daarnaast werd Content Guru gepositioneerd in het kwadrant ‘Challengers‘ in Gartner’s rapport ‘2018 Magic Quadrant for Contact Center as a Service, (West-Europa)’. Content Guru werd het hoogst gepositioneerd voor het executievermogen in dat kwadrant.
