2021, important role of Contact Center as a Service

Content Guru received the highest use case score of 3.73 out of 5 in the Gartner® 2021 Critical CapabilitiesTM for Contact Center as a Service report large call center use case for the fourth consecutive year. Large call center use cases address the CX goal of many customers, the replacement of legacy call center platforms. Content Guru has the third highest reputation as an agile contact center and in Western Europe. In
addition, Content Guru is listed as a Challenger in Gartner’s 2021 Magic QuadrantTM for Contact Center as a Service report. I did.
