2021 Gartner Critical Capabilities für Contact Center as a Service, 2021

Mit 3,73 von 5 Punkten hat Content Guru im dritten Jahr in Folge die höchste Bewertung für den Anwendungsfall „High-Volume Call Center“ im Marktbericht „Critical Capabilities for Contact Center as a Service“ des weltweit führenden Technologie-Analysten Gartner erhalten.

Im Mittelpunkt des Anwendungsfalls für hochvolumige Call Center steht das CX-Ziel zahlreicher Kunden, nämlich die Ersetzung ihrer bestehenden Call-Center-Plattform. Der Hauptfokus der Analyse liegt auf dem Umfang und der Betriebsleistung von Call-Center-Plattformen. Content Guru erzielte auch in den Bereichen „Agile Contact Center“ und „Westeuropa“ jeweils die dritthöchste Bewertung.

Darüber hinaus wurde Content Guru im Segment „Challenger“ im Report „2021 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Contact Center as  a Service“ positioniert.
