Cloud contact centre provider Content Guru has been shortlisted in two categories at the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) 2018 for its work with Serco and UK Power Networks.

Content Guru’s successful relationship with major outsourcer Serco, which uses the storm® platform to improve the way public sector bodies engage with their citizens, will compete in the ‘Best Innovation in Customer Service’ category. Earlier in the year, the partnership received the ‘Best Vertical Solution’ award at the IT Europa Awards 2018.

UK Power Networks, the UK’s largest electricity distributor, will challenge for the ‘Best Multi/Omni-Channel Customer Experience’ award, with a storm service that converges highly-scalable web chat, email, social media, SMS and live and automated voice capabilities to deliver premium customer service even during peak times.

Previously, Content Guru was the Silver Winner at the 2016 ECCCSAs in the ‘Most Effective Improvement Strategy’ category for its work with NHS 111 London.

The winners of the 2018 Awards will be announced on 27th November, in a ceremony at Evolution in London’s Battersea Park. The three-course meal and drinks reception will be hosted by BBC journalist Fiona Bruce, along with a surprise celebrity guest.
