Content Guru will be bringing the multi-award-winning storm® platform to two of the UK’s biggest housing events of the year: Housing 2018 in Manchester and Enhancing Housing Services in London. The team will explore how the housing sector can effectively implement exciting new developments in Artificial Intelligence (AI) with brain®, Content Guru’s AI product.
Housing 2018 will run from Tuesday 26th to Thursday 28th June at Manchester Central. It includes the new TECH@Housing event, in which delegates will have the opportunity to discover innovative new technologies across the themes of business transformation, customer experience, Internet of Things (IoT) and big data.
UK Sales Director Edward Winfield will be giving a seminar on 'Enhancing Tenant Communications with AI' on Thursday 28th June at 10:10am in the Insight Theatre. In this session he will explore how the latest Artificial Intelligence (AI) developments can be implemented in Customer Engagement Hubs to enhance communications with today's tenants. Delegates will discover how AI can be used to improve customer service for a multilingual, multi-regional, and multi-age demographic of tenants.
Taking place on Wednesday 4th July at Victoria Park Plaza, London, Enhancing Housing Services 2018 will include a variety of talks and seminars, as well as an exhibition showcasing innovative digital solutions for social housing. The conference will bring together leading organisations that provide technological solutions to the social housing sector, with senior leaders from central and local government, Housing Associations and related charities in attendance. The event aims to increase operational efficiency and overhaul industry practices across the social housing sector through digital transformation and increased tenant engagement.
At this event, Content Guru's Deputy CEO Martin Taylor will be giving a speech in the main plenary at 9:50am on ‘Transforming Housing: Optimising Cloud to Capture Full Spectrum Tenant Engagement’. The session will explore how the housing sector can effectively implement digital automation both internally and with tenant communications, and how to combine automation and human interaction for secure PCI-compliant rent collections.
