Delegates will discover how AI can be used to improve customer service for a multilingual, multi-regional, and multi-age demographic of tenants.

Taking place on Wednesday 4th July at Victoria Park Plaza, London, Enhancing Housing Services 2018 will include a variety of talks and seminars, as well as an exhibition showcasing innovative digital solutions for social housing. The conference will bring together leading organisations that provide technological solutions to the social housing sector, with senior leaders from central and local government, Housing Associations and related charities in attendance. The event aims to increase operational efficiency and overhaul industry practices across the social housing sector through digital transformation and increased tenant engagement.

At this event, Content Guru's Deputy CEO Martin Taylor will be giving a speech in the main plenary at 9:50am on ‘Transforming Housing: Optimising Cloud to Capture Full Spectrum Tenant Engagement’. The session will explore how the housing sector can effectively implement digital automation both internally and with tenant communications, and how to combine automation and human interaction for secure PCI-compliant rent collections.

Edward Winfield, UK Sales Director at Content Guru, commented:

"The social housing sector is under increasing pressure to solve the housing crisis and improve tenant experience through innovation and cost-effectiveness. The spotlight has now turned to emerging technologies such as AI, and how these can be harnessed to enhance tenant experience and improve Housing Association practices.
