The on-boarding process, and the intuitive tools on the NGware platform, have enabled Star to build their own voice services into their cloud portfolio, supporting their brand and product strategy. Portal rebranding and white-labelled marketing materials have helped Star get to market as quickly as possible.
Additionally, Content Guru liaised with Star for dedicated sales support on the crucial first few bids, allowing Star to win and switch on new customers within weeks of their partition going live.

Through key partnerships with tier 1 carriers and its own fully supported network, the business provides its customers and partners with access to a wide range of services, from network access to next-generation cloud voice and SaaS applications.
Vapour became a Content Guru partner in 2013, concluding its search for a suitable voice offering to complement its existing portfolio of data products. Vapour now bases its suite of cloud voice products on NGware, utilising the platform’s full range of inbound, SIP PBX and contact centre capabilities.
Content Guru works closely with Vapour to support the business’s core SME and small corporate strategy with bespoke sales and delivery processes, marketing support and white labelling services. This enables Vapour to take a ‘hands-on’ approach to the channel, matching solutions to the exact requirements of the individual customer.
