Content Guru provides cloud-based communications integration services and consultancy, to predominantly large enterprise and public sector organisations worldwide.
Our primary service delivery platform is storm, which we own and operate in conjunction with our in-country network partners in each territory addressed, currently Cable&Wireless Worldwide (UK, Ireland, India) and KPN Telecom (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg).
In addition, storm platforms operate services for clients and users in markets often thousands of miles away from the platforms’ physical locations, leveraging the power of our partners’ communications networks.
New in-country partnerships and storm platforms, addressing key geographic markets, are constantly under development.
storm is directly embedded within each partner network, and multi-sited across secure in-country data centres. storm‘s combination of some of the world’s largest mass interaction platforms with the connectivity of our network partners creates a unique end-to-end cloud delivery model. This model of Communications-as-a-Service combines the expertise of the Content Guru team in communications technology with the broader experience of our partners in successful network management.

Content Guru offers a range of ready-to-go communications products that are built from complementary elements of storm to perform specific functions – for example, storm CONTACT fuses unified communications with ACD queuing with advanced user management features to provide a true multi-channel contact centre. These products are ideal for organisations that have specific functions in mind, and customisable licences and additional capabilities are also available to personalise the service for the individual customer.
Additionally, our NGware range of products empowers reseller businesses with a selection of accessible enterprise-level products based on the same functionality.
storm solutions are designed to address specific business needs, such as protecting a contact centre from sudden spikes in demand (burst management) or creating an automated alerting service for a government department. Content Guru overlays storm services onto existing infrastructure, leveraging an organisation’s current capabilities without the need to replace equipment unnecessarily.
Our solutions are assembled from the four fundamental building blocks of storm – FLOW, INTEGRATE, COMMUNICATE and VIEW – enabling the rapid creation of services that are tailored to the individual requirements and environment of the customer.
