An expert panel of judges, including Jim Davies, Ex Gartner Vice President of Research, deemed Content Guru’s storm the ‘Best Enterprise Contact Center Platform’ based partly on our work on mission-critical deployments with customers including the NHS and the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA). Charlie Mitchell, Senior Editor at CX Today, also noted Content Guru's exceptional work in developing its technology and raising the bar across the highly competitive category when announcing storm as the winning platform.
