Content Guru Strengthens Global AI Leadership in Conversational AI

Content Guru, Europe’s largest Customer Experience (CX) technology provider, has become an Innovator Partner of the CDI Foundation, a non-profit organisation that represents, promotes, and develops the Conversational AI community.

The CDI Foundation promotes industry best practices and design standards for human-centric, inclusive AI assistants, alongside driving research, education, and professional development across the sector. By joining as a Supporting Partner, Content Guru reinforces its commitment to advancing human-centric Conversational AI at enterprise scale.
