Leading cloud communications provider, Content Guru, has announced that it is expanding the availability of storm® ASK™, its powerful surveying tool, over a variety of additional channels.
storm ASK is a cutting-edge tool designed to collect, collate and draw insights out of customer feedback. ASK enables both proactive surveying (sent to customer groups to be completed within a fixed timeframe) and reactive surveying (where a response is required immediately). Surveys are currently available via voice, email, SMS and the internet, but Content Guru will be expanding this across web chat this month, and a range of social media channels (including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter) later in the year.
Surveys can be run in-channel or across multiple channels and results can be seen in storm VIEW™, Content Guru’s real-time and historical reporting module, keeping organizations constantly up to date. Alongside this, surveys can be sent out proactively to customer groups via email or SMS, or can be interaction based, following up directly after an interaction to get instant feedback.
