Content Guru has been recognized for its industry-leading work with the UK’s largest electricity Distribution Network Operator (DNO), UK Power Networks. Since the beginning of their partnership over 10 years ago, UK Power Networks and Content Guru have led the charge in Britain’s utilities sector when it comes to transforming the customer experience. Together, the partners have deployed some 30 innovative new services, creating a cutting-edge omni-channel estate within Content Guru’s storm® cloud solution and enabling UK Power Networks to improve its CSAT scores by 28%. Alongside this, during the COVID-19 pandemic, storm’s cloud-based architecture enabled UK Power Networks to move many of its customer service agents to homeworking within weeks.

The Awards recognize the achievements of utilities organizations and those helping to improve services across the industry. The winners of this year’s awards will be announced at a virtual ceremony on 8th February 2021.
