Content Guru is delighted to have been awarded the ISO 20000-1 certification, following an independent evaluation by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), the prominent United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS)-accredited assessor.
This internationally-recognised standard is designed to help organizations benchmark how they deliver managed services. ISO 20000-1 certification is awarded to organizations that have established an effective Service Management System (SMS). Accreditation demands proven high standards for implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement to the organization’s SMS.
This latest LRQA-approved certification builds on Content Guru’s extensive catalogue of ISO accreditations (ISO 9001, 14001, 22301 and 27001) and demonstrates the business’s long-term commitment to providing the highest quality cloud communications services for its customers.
ISO 20000-1 is frequently revised to ensure that organizations continually ratchet up their SMS processes year on year. ISO 20000-1 provides assurance that Content Guru’s performance not only meets, but will continue to meet, the rigorous standards set by the ISO’s policy makers and examiners.
Service Management Systems provide a trusted framework for specification, implementation and monitoring of managed services, ensuring these meet agreed requirements and deliver value for customers, service users and providers alike.
Having recently been amongst the first six organizations worldwide to achieve the Microsoft Teams Contact Centre Certification, in addition to internationally-recognised, externally-audited standards such as SOC 2 (information security), CyberEssentials Plus (cyber security) and PCI DSS Version 3.2 (payment security), customers can be assured that, when choosing products and services that operate on Content Guru’s storm cloud platform, they are investing in the most rigorous and secure processes available in the industry today.
Rhys Harris, Head of Service at Content Guru, commented:
