Het Gartner<sub>\u00ae<\/sub> Magic Quadrant\u2122-rapport voor Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) voor 2025 is gepubliceerd.<\/p>\n<p>Dit jaar is Content Guru uitgeroepen tot Challenger in het Gartner<sub>\u00ae<\/sub> Magic Quadrant\u2122 voor CCaaS. Content Guru is van mening dat dit te danken is aan het voortdurende succes bij het leveren van grootschalige implementaties, de consistente ondersteuning van bedrijfskritische organisaties en de flexibele AI-orkestratielaag, <strong>brain<\/strong><sub>\u00ae<\/sub>.<\/p>\n<p>Gartner Magic Quadrant Quadrant biedt een grafische weergave van de concurrentiepositie van vier soorten technologieleveranciers in groeiende markten en met een duidelijke differentiatie tussen leveranciers: Niche-players, Visionaries, Challengers en Leaders. Deze groei werd voornamelijk aangedreven door AI, waarbij het AI-aanbod van de organisatie het snelst groeiende onderdeel van de onderneming vormde.
