Het bedrijf wil in eerste instantie dat de filialen zoveel mogelijk hun eigen klantcontact afwikkelen. Dat heeft ook de voorkeur van die filialen, want die zijn daardoor beter in staat feeling te houden met wat er aan werk in de pijplijn zit. Wanneer een filiaal een storing heeft of gesloten is, moet er uiteraard op het centrale contactcenter kunnen worden aangehaakt.
