The awards recognize the stand-out technologies and organizations from across the IT industry and celebrated <strong>storm<\/strong>\u2019s transformative capabilities and the tangible impact they have made.<\/p>\n<p>The judging panel assessed Content Guru\u2019s work with the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), in partnership with Wavenet, which resulted in the DVLA being named Britain\u2019s most improved public sector organization in the UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI). As a result of its work with Content Guru, the DVLA is setting the standard within the public sector and the positive results that it has seen have positioned it as the leader of digital innovation within Government.<\/p>\n<p>As part of its digital transformation plans, the DVLA selected <strong>storm<\/strong> to modernize its contact center operations and improve customer experiences. By leveraging<strong> storm<\/strong>\u2019s powerful in-built AI capabilities, the DVLA optimized resource utilization, allowing seamless remote work for agents. Integration with <strong>storm<\/strong>&#8216;s knowledge management system enhanced access to information, reducing handling time and improving customer service consistency. Additionally, the DVLA has integrated<strong> storm<\/strong> MACHINE AGENT<span class=\"ProseMirror__styled\" title=\"superscript\" data-mark-styled-class=\"superscript\"><sup><sub>\u00ae<\/sub><\/sup><\/span>, allowing customers\u2019 web chats to be AI-powered and run directly on the .gov.uk website.<\/p>\n<p>The success of the DVLA\u2019s use of <strong>storm<\/strong> was also recognized at the <a href=\"\/en-gb\/content-guru\/news\/content-guru-and-dvla-wins-best-technology-partnership-at-2024-cca-global-excellence-awards\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>2024 CCA Global Excellence Awards<\/strong><\/a> where the two companies won \u201cBest Technology Partnership\u201d.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThe DVLA\u2019s use of <strong>storm<\/strong> has yielded remarkable results and we are delighted its achievements have been acknowledged by the judges,\u201d commented <strong>Edward Winfield, Director Global Partnerships at Content Guru<\/strong>. \u201c<strong>storm <\/strong>has played a vital role in its digital transformation and has unlocked the potential to benefit from the latest innovation, such as AI.
