Headquartered in Tokyo, Content Guru has been established in Japan for almost 10 years, during which time it has become a major CX player.\u00a0 Yoneda-san will now drive the organisation\u2019s next phase of growth, focused on AI-driven services.<\/p>\n<p>Yoneda-san has deep knowledge of the technology and communications sectors and over a decade of experience as a Country Manager in Japan, supporting leading international brands. He has led go-to-market teams and held various positions supporting sales and marketing for several high growth US tech companies.<\/p>\n<p>Content Guru has a strong presence in Japan, with its consultancy, development, projects and operations teams, and has worked with a number of leading enterprises, including Aioi Nissay Dowa, Asian Development Bank (ADB), and Rakuten. It\u2019s <strong>storm<\/strong><sub>\u00ae<\/sub> cloud CX and <strong>brain<\/strong><sub>\u00ae<\/sub> AI platforms are located in Japan, ensuring every aspect of its services, from people to technology are provided in country.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re very excited to welcome Yoneda-san on board.
