Hosted by author and TV\/radio presenter Sara Cox, the event recognised individuals, teams, and organisations driving excellence across the contact center industry.<\/p>\n<p>As Platinum Partner of the Contact Centre Management Association (CCMA), Content Guru was delighted to sponsor the \u201cQuality Manager of the Year\u201d award: a category that celebrates those leading continuous improvement and service excellence.<\/p>\n<p>Content Guru congratulates this year\u2019s winners:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gold: Oli Simpson, Caravan and Motorhome Club<\/li>\n<li>Silver: Samantha Dye, First Customer Contact<\/li>\n<li>Bronze: Natasha Limbert, Serco<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The awards also celebrated a wide range of achievements across the industry. Notable winners included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gold: ALA, City of Westminster, Energia Group, Leeds Building Society, New Day, Sage, Sigma Connected, Specsavers, TUI,<\/li>\n<li>Silver: EE, Likewize, Novuna, Practice Plus Group, THG Ingenuity, SSCL<\/li>\n<li>Bronze: British Gas, Clear Comms, Domestic &amp; General, Footasylum, Heineken, Paradigm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Guests also raised over \u00a33,500 for Elsie\u2019s Story Charitable Trust, established in memory of Elsie-Dot Stancombe, who tragically passed away in the Southport incident.<\/p>\n<p>This sponsorship reflects Content Guru\u2019s ongoing partnership with the CCMA, the UK\u2019s largest contact centre industry association, and its mission to position contact centres as a vital, value-creating function within modern businesses.
