The Awards, which recognize best practices in customer solutions by Systems Integrators, Solution VARs, MSPs and ISVs across Europe, were hosted by BBC Radio presenter, Garry Richardson, at a lavish ceremony at the Royal Garden Hotel in London.<\/p>\n<p>This accomplishment recognizes the widespread success of the\u00a0<strong>storm<span class=\"ProseMirror__styled\" title=\"superscript\" data-mark-styled-class=\"superscript\"><sub>\u00ae<\/sub><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0partnership between outsourcing giant Serco and Content Guru, which has transformed the way public sector organizations across the UK and Europe engage with their citizens. The partners\u2019 joint proposition, the Citizen Engagement Hub<sub>\u00ae<\/sub>, runs on Content Guru\u2019s omni-channel cloud contact center solution,\u00a0<strong>storm<\/strong>, and enables citizens to engage with government organizations via the channels they choose, from anywhere, at any time.<\/p>\n<div class=\"image-options\" data-node-view-wrapper=\"\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"11570563\" class=\"\" title=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/a.storyblok.com\/f\/152969\/500x335\/c3d594bbee\/content-guru-at-it-europa-awards.jpg\" alt=\"Content Guru at IT Europa Awards\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"sb-group-button base-group-actions-buttons base-group-actions-buttons--visible image-options__group-actions base-group-actions-buttons base-group-actions-buttons--visible image-options__group-actions\" role=\"group\" data-testid=\"base-group-actions-buttons\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><img class=\"ProseMirror-separator\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Mark Mamone from Serco (centre left) and Ed Winfield (centre right) from Content Guru receive the award at the Ceremony in the Royal Garden Hotel, London<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The partnership, which commenced in 2017, continues to see further development and expansion with the deployment of\u00a0<strong>storm\u00a0<\/strong>CKS<sub>\u00ae<\/sub>\u00a0(Customer Knowledge System<sub>\u00ae<\/sub>) dynamic information management at multiple Serco sites throughout 2018.<\/p>\n<p>With this award, Content Guru builds on its strong record of delivering secure, scalable solutions to the public sector, with its NHS 111 London solution having won multiple industry awards over the past few years, including victory in the same IT Europa category in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>John Rees, CCO of Content Guru, comments:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cIt was fantastic to receive the award again.
