Cloud communications leader Content Guru will be demonstrating how housing associations can better engage with their tenants using automation at the Future of Housing Conference on 28th March 2019.

The Future of Housing Conference, taking place at the QEII Centre in London, brings together over 2,500 of the UK’s housing associations, policy leaders, and suppliers to discuss challenges facing the housing sector, including Brexit and the Social Housing Green Paper.

Content Guru will be showcasing how its award-winning storm® platform improves the customer experience by providing self-service for tenants through Natural Language Processing (NLP) and chatbots. Martin Taylor, Content Guru’s Deputy CEO, will also deliver a keynote presentation on strengthening tenant relationships through leveraging artificial intelligence capabilities and implementing storm’s complex integrations.

Martin Taylor will speak at 10.05am in the main conference hall, exploring how digitalisation can help social housing providers to tackle the upcoming challenges and ensure that residents are empowered and their voices are heard. Housing associations must be able to engage with their tenants, and provide support whenever, wherever, and however tenants require it.

Advisors can quickly gain an overview of the tenant and their property through an easy-to-use browser-based portal that is integrated with customer databases, showing a resident’s information all in one place. Vulnerable residents or those in greater need can also be prioritised when communicating with an advisor, via intelligent routing. Alternatively, storm allows customers to self-serve without needing to wait to speak to a housing advisor, using automated responses and scheduling services while allowing tenants to make quick and secure payments at their convenience.
