Contact Centres Asia will see Content Guru build on these expansion milestones to showcase the multi-award-winning storm platform to a wider audience in Singapore. The team will be demonstrating the omni-channel cloud capabilities of the platform, including Content Guru’s Artificial Intelligence offering, brain®.
Martin Taylor commented: “Content Guru is rapidly expanding into Asia-Pac, with a new office set to open in Tokyo this quarter, and it’s an exciting time for the company. With the recent launch of brain, I’m delighted to have the opportunity to host a roundtable session on how Artificial Intelligence is set to transform customer service.”
