Content Guru is proud to announce an exciting partnership with the UK Contact Centre Forum (UKCCF).

Comprising six regional user groups, the UKCCF provides a platform for call centre and customer service professionals to meet and share ideas at a local level. Its activities include Monthly Executive Club meetings and Networking Seminars to present the latest customer contact thinking and strategy – as well as specialist forums in HomeAgent Working, Digital, Data Security and Compliance, and Employee Engagement. The UKCCF also operates an online resource for the customer service community featuring the latest industry news, incentive ideas, event listings, team and individual profiles, as well as articles on strategy and technology.

Content Guru will partner with the UKCCF across a range of events in the London, Midlands and Yorkshire regions, as well as undertaking in-depth thought leadership research into customer experience and the future of the contact centre. As well as its experts participating in these activities, Content Guru's storm® cloud contact centre customers will share their insight and best practice with peers in the industry.

“The UKCCF's rigorous approach to thought-provoking research and the promotion of industry best practice made it a natural fit for Content Guru as we continue to engage with industry leaders and create innovative products and services for the customer contact industry” said Martin Taylor, CMO at Content Guru. “We very much look forward to working with the UKCCF, as well as networking with its members to gain a more in-depth understanding of the issues and challenges facing organisations today.”

“We are delighted to welcome Content Guru to the UKCCF” said Trevor Butterworth, CEO at UKCCF. “We hope to fully leverage the company’s experience and knowledge in order to create compelling events and thought leadership materials that stimulate discussion and promote best practice, in order to help members boost efficiency and improve experiences for their customers.”
