Content Guru’s Dutch office is delighted to have joined the Customer Service Federation (KSF).
The KSF is the trade association for customer care in the Netherlands, providing a platform for high-quality knowledge sharing, self-regulation and advocacy. It has over 150 member organisations from sectors including national government, retail, telecoms, finance and energy.
Content Guru Netherlands Country Manager, Michael van den Brink commented: "The KSF plays a vital role in promoting best practice in customer care and we are pleased to join its expanding member list.
