The UKCCF Executive Club brings together C-Level executives from contact centre and customer service operations at some of the UK's largest companies. This autumn's event will focus on the theme of 'The Contact Centre of the Future'.

Attendees will discuss the rapid evolution from call to contact centre over the past 20 years and how to approach increased customer expectations and demands.
