Speaking ahead of the show, Content Guru Managing Director, Sean Taylor, commented:
“Customer Contact Expo is a key fixture in the calendar for the contact centre industry, and we are delighted to announce our presence at the 2014 show. It has been an exciting year for Content Guru as we’ve continued the global expansion of our storm platform, and this event provides the perfect stage to demonstrate our latest developments for the customer service sector. Not least of these is our new storm DTA, which represents the next step in our journey towards the complete convergence of all channels within the contact centre environment.”
“We hope that our peers and colleagues from across the industry will take the opportunity to visit us for a stimulating exchange of ideas, and a catch-up on the most recent multi-channel trends and applications of storm technology for enterprise communications.”
