Leading European cloud contact centre and customer engagement provider, Content Guru, will return for the second year running to Enterprise Connect Conference and Expo in Orlando, FL.
Held from March 12 to 15 at Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Centre in Orlando, the event will provide an opportunity for key decision makers in the IT sector to meet the communications technology industry’s leading vendors, analysts and consultants, with a focus on the issues surrounding enterprise communications and collaboration. Delegates will be able to attend an array of keynote speeches and sessions, as well as various networking receptions, and can even join fellow attendees at an organised 5K fun run.
Content Guru will be exhibiting the omni-channel cloud capabilities of the storm® platform on stand 1642 in the event’s dedicated Contact Center Zone, with live demonstrations available from the team. Attendees will also be able to take part in an exclusive competition on the stand, which will offer them the chance to win a five-day professional services project with Content Guru, as well as other tech prizes.
John Rees, CCO at Content Guru, will be joining forces with UK Power Networks’ Head of Customer Service, Sam Fuller, to deliver the case study session ‘Omni-Channel in Action’ on Tuesday March 13 from 1:30pm to 2:15pm in the Osceola 1 theatre. The session will provide a first-hand case study, based on UK Power Networks’ own experience with the storm platform, on how an effective omni-channel journey has electrified customer engagement in a mission-critical environment.
The UK electricity industry’s largest Distribution Network Operator, UK Power Networks is a long-standing Content Guru customer, having built up its storm communications estate over almost a decade. The storm platform provides UK Power Networks with highly scalable communications infrastructure that can handle any peak in demand from customers, as well as integrating with ENMAC, UK Power Networks’ electricity monitoring system, which enables real-time data to be fed directly into consumer-location-oriented communications services.
Enterprise Connect is the second of five US events that Content Guru will attend in 2018. Having exhibited at the utilities-specific DistribuTECH event in January, the team will also attend ICMI CC Expo in May, CCW Las Vegas in June and ICMI CC Demo in November, as well as a number of other key industry events across Europe and Asia.
John Rees commented: “Enterprise Connect is a key event in the US technology calendar, and I’m delighted that we are exhibiting here for the second year in a row. For 2018, we are delivering an information-packed case study session with UK Power Networks’ Sam Fuller, which will provide delegates with an insight into how effective omni-channel communications really transform customer experience in a critical sector like utilities.”
