Content Guru is set to attend the Call Centre and Customer Services Summit (CCCSS) for a second time this year following a successful event last April. Taking place on 14th and 15th September, this season’s Summit will be held at the Whittlebury Hall Hotel and Spa, Northamptonshire.

Organised twice a year by Forum Events, the CCCSS provides a structured meeting environment in which Call Centre and Customer Service professionals can network and learn about the latest developments in customer service solutions. Delegates attend a series of one-to-one meetings with selected vendors and enjoy a gala networking dinner.
