Content Guru is delighted to renew its support of the Comms National Awards (CNAs) for 2015, sponsoring the event’s Network Category once again. Now in their 14th year, the CNAs are the longest-running and among the most highly regarded awards in the communications channel sector.
The gala awards ceremony will take place on the 22nd of October, and will be held for the first time at the Grand Connaught Rooms in Covent Garden. In keeping with CNA tradition, the host will not be announced until the night of the ceremony, but past presenters have ranged (in height) from Ronnie Corbett to Michael McIntyre to Marcus Brigstocke.
Organised by Comms Dealer magazine, the CNAs celebrate excellence in the channel, recognising vendors whose support, solutions and technology have been notable over the past twelve months, and also resellers who have delivered exceptional solutions. Content Guru will present the awards for ‘Best Mobile Network Provider’ and ‘Best Fixed Line Network Provider’, which last year were taken home by Vodafone and Gamma respectively.
2014’s CNAs also saw Content Guru receive its own taste of success, with the award of ‘Best Enterprise Vertical Market Solution’ for the company’s energy networks solution storm® LOSS, which shields utility contact centres from the huge surges in demand that occur during service outages.
Sean Taylor, Managing Director of Content Guru, commented:
“We are pleased to have renewed our sponsorship of the Network category of the Comms National Awards this year. The explosion in Internet and mobile communications that has occurred over the past 20 years would not have been possible without the underlying networks that carry their data. The providers shortlisted play vital roles in helping billions of people across the planet communicate, powering smart phones, social media and the emerging Internet of Things.
“Content Guru’s storm cloud communications platform relies heavily on the networks it is connected to, so we appreciate the value of network providers as much as anyone. We wish all entrants the best of luck.”
