Bracknell, 10th May 2013: Content Guru is proud to announce the company’s inauguration of a new academic prize at one of the world’s leading research universities, King’s College London.
The annual ‘Content Guru Prize for Best Performance in Strategic Management’ will reward the work of a single high-achieving student in the College’s Department of Management.
The prize is to be awarded to the student who achieves the best performance in the final-year Strategic Management module of the BSc (Hons) Business Management degree. The recipient of the very first award is due to be announced at the King’s graduation ceremony in July this year, with the prize to be formally conferred at a separate Department of Management prize-giving ceremony in October.
Every year, the annual prize-giving ceremony will see the winner presented with a trophy, engraved with the College crest, in addition to a solid silver medal inscribed with the recipient’s name. Each prize winner will also be rewarded for their hard work by a generous grant of £1000, funded from Content Guru’s contributions to the College.
Content Guru is to be joined in its support of King’s College London by sister company, Redwood Technologies, with Redwood donations to be used to establish a further award: ‘The Redwood Technologies Prize for Best Performance in the MSc Telecommunications and Internet Technology’, recognising outstanding postgraduate students from the College’s Institute of Telecommunications.
