From the 16th to the 20th March, Content Guru will be exhibiting its multi-channel cloud contact centre capabilities at the CeBIT exposition in Hannover. CeBIT is the world’s largest IT event, drawing 210,000 attendees in 2014, and this year features over 200 speakers who will explore the biggest issues facing businesses in the digital age.
This year’s keynote theme of ‘d!conomy’ will focus on the rapid expansion of IT into every facet of modern life, looking at the impact of issues such as big data, cloud computing, mobile technology, the Internet of Things and security, upon the world of business and wider society.
Content Guru will showcase the latest developments in the storm® Communications Integration™ portfolio, including enhancements to its Cloud Contact Centre and Customer Experience solutions. Its new storm DTA® (Desktop Task Assistant), which unifies channels such as voice, IM, SMS and email through an intuitive web interface and allows them to integrate with third-party software products such as CRM packages, will be unveiled. Attendees will also have the opportunity to view live demonstrations of the award-winning storm LOSS™ utilities solution, which will be on display for the first time in the German market.
