The UK's largest electricity distributor UK Power Networks and cloud contact centre provider Content Guru have been shortlisted for the 'Customer Engagement Award' at this year's Utility Week Awards.
The Utility Week Awards are the gold standard of achievement for UK utilities. The much-coveted accolades motivate, celebrate and reward outstanding performance and innovation across the utilities sector. The shortlist recognises amazing customer engagement industry-wide, with the selection of the successful decade-long relationship between Content Guru and UK Power Networks showcasing how they have gone beyond 'Business as Usual' (BAU) communications to deliver outstanding omni-channel customer engagement.
The Award winners will be announced on Monday 10th December at London's Grosvenor House Hotel. The 1,400 guests and nominees will enjoy a black-tie four course dinner, drinks and after-show entertainment, regarded as the utility industry's Christmas party.
